Ordering
We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. By placing an order (by phone or online) you confirm that you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. For this reason, we may refuse an order or refuse to make a delivery at our discretion. Orders may not be transferred from you as the customer to any other person.
All prices are inclusive of VAT
Our minimum order is one case (6 x 75cl) for Bristol deliveries. Minimum order for outside of Bristol is two cases (12x75cl). Ales, ciders, lagers and chocolate can only be purchased alongside a case of wine.
All goods are offered subject to availability. We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range shown online. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible and ensure you are not charged for that item. If you have been charged a full refund will be made.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.
In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
You will be charged for your purchase at the time you place the order.
No contract exists between you and us until we notify you that we have accepted your order and delivered the goods.  We are not obliged to accept your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the date you receive your wine, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact and returned to us in good condition.

Delivery
We deliver using our own vehicles to all BS postcodes. Elsewhere in the UK delivery is made using a third party courier company.
Delivery is free and the minimum order is one case (6x75cl) for BS postcodes and two cases (12x75cl) for outside of the Bristol area.
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you placed the order.
Cases are usually delivered in recycled boxes to minimise waste however if you are purchasing for a gift please let us know when your order is placed and we will deliver in a new, unused cardboard wine box.
On receipt of your order you will be contacted via phone or email to confirm a delivery date and any special delivery requirements.
Normal delivery days are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6pm.
Returns
Our top priority is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will arrange to collect and refund or replace the wine. Customer services can be contacted by email at sales@wineonwheels.biz or by phone 0117 9083827.
Complaints
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service please ring us on 0117 9083827 or alternatively send an email to sales@wineonwheels.biz detailing your complaint. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this.
